My Jet Lag Experienced

This next post, I want to give you some tips about what we need to do so that we will not get JET LEG and HOME SICK!

Here are my tips!
  • Jet Lag??  What is it?
Jet lag, medically referred to as desynchronosis and rarely as circadian dysrhythmia, is   a physiological condition which results from alterations to the body's circadian rhythms resulting    from rapid long-distance trans-meridian (east–west or west–east) travel. For example, someone travelling from New York to London feels as if the time were five hours earlier than local time.(Wikipedia, 2017).


     What will you do then if you feeling that? 
  1. Just do as we need to do at the time
  2. Always get used with the local time where you are. This is the important thing. Do not always remind & do like the time as you usually do before. I know that this will be the hardest thing, but it is the important one because if you try to sleep like your time before it will make you have more jet lag. ex: Try to go sleep at 21.00 pm in Lucerne time (02.00 am at West Indonesia Time) even you are already  feel sleepy from 18.00 pm in  Lucerne time ( 23.00 pm at West Indonesia time when you used to sleep at Indonesia before).
  3. Try your best to forget your late - time being. I know this is also hard but it will effective if you just remember about your right local time and it will make your body get used with it. Slowly, you will not get jet lag anymore.:)
