The Grill Factory, Loop Graha (Surabaya,Indonesia)

Long-time no sees, but here I am now I`m Back!!!
So, from now on I will also share my experience from foods that I`ve tried.
Here we go...
I tried this dish about last Friday located in Loop, Graha in West Surabaya, Indonesia.
Basically, Loop is like a food court that there are some restaurants that you can try. However, from (I guess) this year of 2019 they make it even more like a food court in the middle. So, Loop provides tables and benches and there are some Container stands circling it besides the restaurant. Yeap! Now, there are plenty of choices there.
Also, Loop provides live music to interact more with their customer:
Every Wednesday at 7 PM and Saturday at 9 PM
As you can see, this place is so lovely to hang out with your family, friends, working partner and other relatives.
On this day, I went with my friends to hang out and share with each other. We end up to sit down in the middle of that "new" food court and I choose "Pork Rice - from The Grill Factory"
I and some of my friends order this same dishes coz it looks more interesting compared to other dishes.
As you can see. there are scrambled eggs (a bit too less for me and not too fluffy for me), Pork itself (contains with the lard also, for me I like it to be more grilled than this pic. well, I ask the waitress and she could make it for me. Yeyy, I love it! I got what I want to), Fried Rice (contain with some spices for me it is a good combination with this grilled pork than just a steam rice :)), and for the vegetable they provide Broccoli. Moreover, they used to give Rambak (Pork Skin Cracker) but on this day they run out so they gave me the Peyek (Indonesian Cracker).
For me, the portion of this dish is completely fine for one person Asian worth IDR 45.000 (include with all the taxes).
About the services, on this day there are 3 people. They are all kind and friendly to help us. However, for sometimes they are not heedful (sensitive) until we really need to call it loudly. But overall they are helpful and so friendly to us!
